Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating, or attempting to create, more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or by using another person's personal information — is strictly prohibited. JC66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Note for Malaysian Players: Players registering from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other parts of Malaysia must confirm they are 21 or older and understand that online gambling participation is at their personal discretion under applicable Malaysian law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JC66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. JC66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
JC66 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time JC66 deems necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance, you may be required to submit supporting identity documentation. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being declined and the account being restricted.
Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation, subject to applicable network fees.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. JC66 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fees being applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.
JC66 currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (via FPX and DuitNow), CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change. JC66 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to players.
The minimum deposit is RM30 for most fiat payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30–50 for cryptocurrency deposits (varying by coin). Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player tier. Players are encouraged to review the limits displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of their account dashboard.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 4.2. Approved withdrawals are processed as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes during normal business hours. These are target timeframes only. JC66 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond its control.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings. Maximum cash-out limits may apply to specific promotional offers.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. JC66 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be returned and the associated withdrawal of winnings may be suspended pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Ensure you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct network address displayed in your account dashboard. JC66 cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and any other promotional incentives offered by JC66 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be specified in the individual offer terms. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games contribution rates vary by title and are displayed in the individual bonus terms.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, a maximum single-bet cap applies (typically between MYR 25 and MYR 50 per spin or round, as specified in the individual offer). Placing bets in excess of this cap while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the validity period specified in the individual offer terms will be automatically removed from the account upon expiry. Common validity periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
JC66 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors, colluding with other players, or employing strategies that guarantee a mathematical advantage over the platform. JC66 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
JC66 operates a six-tier VIP programme (Bronze through Royal Black Diamond). The criteria for tier attainment, cashback rates, birthday bonus values, and other tier-specific benefits are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically. Tier status is based on cumulative monthly wagering turnover. JC66 reserves the right to reassess tier status, modify tier benefits, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.
All casino game outcomes on the Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). JC66 does not control individual game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any single gaming session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption, JC66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the accounts of affected players. JC66's decision on the treatment of bets affected by malfunctions is final. No compensation will be offered for potential winnings that could have been achieved had the malfunction not occurred.
Sports betting markets — including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, AFC Champions League, and UFC events — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or other anomalies, the applicable rules regarding bet settlement will apply as published. JC66 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time prior to event completion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits for individual games and sports markets are displayed within the game interface and sportsbook respectively. JC66 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bet is placed in excess of the applicable maximum stake, JC66 may void the excess portion of the bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: JC66 operates a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and fraud. All suspicious account activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering regulations.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, text, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of JC66 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without the prior written consent of JC66.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JC66, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
JC66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JC66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
JC66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at /privacy-policy.
JC66 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required. All data is processed under industry-standard security protocols, including 256-bit SSL encryption.

JC66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent activity is identified; the account is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute; KYC documentation is not provided within the required timeframe; or the account holder is identified as being under 21 years of age.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JC66 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of final KYC checks.
Upon account closure or termination — whether voluntary or initiated by JC66 — all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including but not limited to Clauses 8, 9, 10, and 14) will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JC66's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Prior to initiating any formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact JC66 customer support to resolve the matter informally. JC66 commits to responding to formal written complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to engaging in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
JC66 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 13.2.
